Google Travel
Rentlio Pro
Google Travel offers simple searching and comparing of rates on different sales channels. A guest can see all platform prices in one place, making it easier to decide when choosing a vacation rental.
A booking engine page must be set up before connecting to Google Travel. The connection request must pass a verification process on Google’s side, which may take up to 48 hours.
e-Račun
Rentlio Pro
Integration with the moj-eRačun service allows for sending and signing invoices electronically. This method means quicker processing, lower error risk, and simpler tracking, and it’s more eco-friendly than paper invoices.

The Hotels Network integration

The Hotels Network (THN) is a comprehensive platform that helps hotels increase direct bookings using tools such as personalized messages on the booking engine, dynamic pricing, and predictive analytics.
It offers features including A/B testing, competitor comparisons, and AI-based suggestions for boosting guest engagement and maximizing revenue.
Locations
Rentlio One / Rentlio Plus / Rentlio Pro
Users with properties in multiple locations often have difficulties when viewing and searching for properties in a specific location. In order to make it easier for them to view and search, we have introduced the option of defining the location of the object down to the unit type level.
This functionality enables a simple search for locations when entering a booking, filtering and displaying the calendar by location.
Credit Note
Rentlio Pro
A new feature in Rentlio is the option to issue a credit note. It’s most commonly used when a refund is needed. You can issue it independently on the invoice list or an already-issued invoice.

Promo Code Optimization
Rentlio One / Rentlio Plus / Rentlio Pro
Now, you can link unit types - not just rate plans - to promo codes. Personalize your offer by letting guests book specific unit types at special rates, increasing direct bookings.
Invoice Cancellation

In this upgrade cycle, we’ve improved the invoice cancellation process. The key change is that after canceling a final invoice containing a prepayment invoice, you can issue a new final invoice without having to reissue the deposit invoice.
Displaying a Note for the Residence tax

In the residence tax settings, you can enter a note that appears on the invoice only if the invoice includes a residence tax fee.
New “Canceled” Filter on the Reservation List
Rentlio Pro
A new “Canceled” filter has been added, allowing users to see reservations canceled over a chosen period. Now you can easily find out how many reservations were canceled today, yesterday or in a certain period.
Tips
Rentlio Pro
You can now add tips when issuing an invoice or to an already issued one. Displaying the tip on the invoice is optional. For easier recording and tracking, all tips received can be viewed in the invoice list.
HubSpot
Rentlio Pro
Integration with the HubSpot platform allows the transfer of guest data, reservation details, and offer statuses from Rentlio to HubSpot. HubSpot is a platform for inbound marketing, sales, and customer service that helps businesses attract, engage, and retain guests.
Breezeway
Rentlio Pro
Breezeway specializes in housekeeping for the short-term rental sector, such as vacation rentals and apartments. It helps organize and track cleaning, maintenance, and inspections, improving coordination between owners, property managers, and housekeeping teams.
By connecting Rentlio and Breezeway, reservation data such as check-in/check-out dates, maintenance statuses, and cleaning status can be exchanged.
4DWand
Rentlio Pro
We have added integration with the accounting software 4DWand to the list of integrations. 4DWand is a business information system for inventory and financial accounting.
Two-Way connection with Rentlio
Rentlio One / Rentlio Plus / Rentlio Pro
As part of new functionalities, we have developed a solution allowing users to establish a two-way connection between their agencies, OTA channels, and booking websites with Rentlio.
All reservations made through connected channels will automatically be visible in Rentlio, eliminating the need for manual entry.
New payment methods

We have introduced new payment options via Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal and Click to Pay by Mastercard for all users of the Worldline payment gateway. These options enable users to make faster and more convenient payments on the Rentlio Booking Engine using securely stored information in digital wallets.
