We will need an export of your property structure from Breezeway to map everything correctly. Skipping this step means Rentlio will push all units and reservations to Breezeway by default, which can create duplicates.

Do I need a separate Breezeway account?

Not necessarily. If you do not yet have a Breezeway account, the system will pull your property data from Rentlio and create the structure automatically. If you already have an account with properties set up, contact integrations@rentl.io first so we can map everything correctly and avoid duplicates.

Where does the integration setup take place?

The integration is activated through the Rentlio interface. After entering your Breezeway credentials, the sync runs automatically for every subsequent booking.

Can Breezeway handle multiple accommodation types in the same portfolio?

Yes. Breezeway supports different unit types within the same portfolio, from apartments and villas to boutique hotels. Checklists and workflows can be configured separately for each property type.

How does the integration improve communication with property owners?
