How to activate Rentlio Pay?
Activating Rentlio Pay happens in a few steps, in cooperation with Worldline as the payment service provider:
1. Arrange the Service with Worldline
Contact us through the in app chat, and we will connect you with Worldline. You will then work directly with their team to arrange the service and agree on payment processing terms.
2. Retrieve the data from the Saferpay backoffice.
After signing the contract with Worldline, you get access to the Saferpay backoffice interface. From it you extract all the data you then enter into Rentlio to connect payments.
3. Optionally activate Send to POS.
If you want to use Send to POS, you arrange an additional service with Worldline. Worldline then sends you a POS device, if you do not already have one, and the activation parameters you enter into Rentlio so that terminal charging works.
