Emerging Capital Group specializes in the development and management of boutique hotels in Vietnam. The group currently operates 14 hotels with a total of 421 accommodation units and has an ambitious plan to expand by an additional 2,000 units. Their mission is to optimize revenue and create added value for tourism properties.
Challenge
Emerging Capital Group was founded during one of the most challenging times for the travel and tourism industry, the pandemic. They entered a market dominated by OTAs and large hotel chains, which makes it difficult to brand and position alternative offerings.
