Property management as an industry was relatively unknown in the BiH market, with limited awareness of the benefits of using online sales channels and technologies such as channel managers. Additionally, mistrust of card payments and unrealistic client expectations further complicated operations. One of the biggest challenges faced by Mostar Property Management is the absence of a year-round tourism season in BiH. Despite its abundant natural beauty and rich history, the highest influx of tourists occurs during the summer months, when the company generates most of its revenue. However, through effective organization and smart costs and revenue management, Mostar Property Management has grown into a leading property management company in BiH, now employing eight staff members.

Mostar Property Management has been a Rentlio client for a full 8 years. Although everything wasn’t perfect at the beginning—given that Rentlio had only been on the market for two years—Goran decided that Rentlio Plus would be the technological solution to support their journey toward becoming the leading property management company in BiH. This trust paid off, as Rentlio has grown into the leading regional hospitality-tech company, with technological solutions used in over 40 countries worldwide.
